Capacity approx. 300-500 kg/h depending on the fibre

Non woven line installed, is a state of the art plant with large versatility in product weight,

density, compactation and weight. This installation can process a variety of

fibers, ranging from wool, cotton, viscose and all synthetic fibres

(polyamide,polyester, acrylic and polypropilene).

The products can be thermobonded lofted; like fiber batting in various pile height, compressed to required thicknesses, for building , furniture, matress, filtering industries etc …

This machine is a pre-needler and a needler operating

with a double set of needle plates (60.000 needles with

adjustable speed).
