Complete installation for production of carded thermobonded nonwovens, with high CD stretch.

The main applications for these product lines were elastic back ears/side panels – used in the production of baby-diapers and adult-inco products.

Other products such as specialty top-sheet material (fem-hy products) and other hygiene related applications (medical wipes, head covers) could also be produced.

The standard GSM range for the lines were 16-40 gsm, based on PP fiber, typically 2.2 dtex, 40-50 mm length.
