01 Set Uster Fiber Testing HVI 1000 – Year 2017
Tests Cotton Fibers to measure key quality characteristics including Length, Micronaire, Strength, Color, & Trash content. Its primary functions are to provide accurate, high-volume testing for cotton classing and spinning mills, ensuring consistent and objective results that replace traditional manual methods. It analyzes properties like length, uniformity, Short Fiber index, Maturity index, & Moisture content.
Complete with;
Length module measurement of length parameters such as UHML, ML, Uniformity & SFI etc
Strength Module bundle strength in gram/tex and elongation in %.
Mic Module used for measurement of Microniare.
Color Module measures Reflectance(Rd) & Brightness( b) & color grade for cotton classing,
Trash module shows Trash %, trash count and trash grade.
With Windows Operating platform, LCD display & Printer.
With Creels, Printer, Monitor, Software CD's & Instruction booklets etc.
