·         Selling, publishing and putting available illegal data and passwords that facilitate the unauthorized access to governmental or public computer or communication data and systems.

·         Publishing or putting available contents related to education of unauthorized accessibility, eavesdropping, and cyber spying methods as well as distortion and disruption of the communication and computer systems.

·         Education and facilitate other cybercrimes

·         Publishing anti-filter software and educating breaking methods of filtering systems

·         Any type of criminal computer trading and economical activities, such as pyramid firms.
