8.2 SCOPE OF MACHINE SUPPLY:
8.2.1. Unwinding Unit  
- Ø200mm seamless steel tube with rubber-coated active cloth fall roller (1 pc)  
- 3kW motor with gearbox transmission  
- Stainless steel active beating roller assembly (1 set):  
  - Main shaft: Ø48mm stainless steel tube  
  - Four evenly distributed Ø30mm stainless steel tubes, with smooth and clean surfaces  
  - Belt-driven system  
- Cloth guide roller: Ø150mm  
- Pneumatic pressure roller: Ø150mm stainless steel (1 pc)

8.2.2 TYJ02-220 High-Efficiency Pre-Brushing Box  
- Walls made of 8mm thick steel plate, CNC cut and integrally bent  
- Fully enclosed cover, including swing-out and double-opening doors  
- Dust suction duct (1 set)  
- Brush rollers: Ø190mm (2 pcs)  
  - Worm and gear adjustment for brush feed depth control

8.2.3 TYJ01-220 Four-Burner Singeing Unit
- Walls made of 8mm thick steel plate, laser-cut and integrally bent  
- Fully enclosed cover, including fabric entry/exit pull-up doors and double-opening doors  
- Aluminum alloy XY18-240 rotary double-mixing burners (4 pcs):  
  - High-strength, lightweight, energy-saving, with integrated cooling water circulation to prevent deformation  
  - Flame temperature reaches up to 1300°C with strong penetration and linearity  
  - Burners made with high-performance, heat-resistant ceramic nozzles for singeing various fabric types  
- Burner shifting and direction system (4 sets):  
  - Supports core singeing, double-sided singeing, and edge singeing  
- Gas pipeline assembly (2 sets):  
  - Automatic mixture adjustment ensures stable gas pressure and precise air-gas ratio for efficient combustion  
- Dust extraction system (2 sets):  
  - Slit-style side smoke suction design with two 4kW centrifugal exhaust fans

  - Automatic ignition for improved safety and reliability  
- Automatic burner direction system for reaching speed, emergency stops, and machine halts (1 set):

9.main mechanical components
1. The XY18-220 model aluminum alloy high-efficiency dual burner is manufactured in-house, with a total of 4 units provided.
2. A 3kW high-efficiency energy-saving air blower is also in-house manufactured, with 2 sets supplied.
3. The guide roll is in-house made with a diameter of Φ150mm.
4. Two dust removal fans are supplied by Sofia from Wuxi, China.
5. Two smoke exhaust fans are sourced from Yuanda in Jiangyin, China.
6. The motor with a gear reducer is supplied by Huierde, located in Changzhou, China.
7. The gas regulator is provided by ITRON, an American supplier.
8. The gas filter comes from MADAS, Italy.
9. Bearings are sourced from a supplier based in Wuxi, China.
10. The rotary joint is provided by Tenxuan, a company from Shandong, China.

10.main electrical components
1. The inverter is supplied by Inovance, China.
2. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is sourced from Delta in Taiwan.
3. The touch screen is provided by Weilun, Taiwan.
4. Switches and contactors are supplied by CHINT Group, China.
