Wet wipe line for producing wipes in several sizes, consisting of:
Protner type: Multi-NW HOL - max inlet 400 mm - max dia 1500 mm, unwinding with tension control
Two (2) interchangeable longitudinal folding groups according to the type of folding to be obtained: Z, ZZ or V-folds
Semi-automatic unrolling station, revolving type, with preparation of always one roll ready for production, wet/moistening unit including mixing station and pumps for feeding.
Synchropack type 900 WP, version Termo-LTS-M1 consisting of transport of wet wipes package appr. 6 meter, 2 units of de-roll of plastic cover for the wipes automatic change, punching unit for plastic opening spot, 2 positions for labeling, Injection print for date application (Videojet series 170 i), wrapping of plastic cover and heating section for sealing of the package.

Complete wet wipes production line with Kansan converting machine, Dynamic Plus packaging and plastic lid robot.
The converting machine has 10 bobbins.
Product size: max 25x25 cm / min 15x10 cm.
Min 20 pieces in a pack. Max 120 pc/pack (with 50 gsm nonwoven). If running lower grammage materials (35 gsm), it can produce up to140 pc/pack.
Capacity is 35-45 packages per minute depending on product size.
